This Boondock Saints 2 starts in Ireland where the McManus clan is in retirement. They get pulled away by trouble in Boston, their old stomping grounds. At the beginning of the film we find out that the McManus clan is being framed for killing a priest and friend of theirs in Boston. In this installment we also learn more about the backstory and why the McManus' are the way they are.
